Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Washington

What type of will do I need in Washington state?

I have my account at my bank.

I would like to keep the balance for two children,

one is 24 years and other is 22 years at present.

I would like to ask my sister to manage it

until they shall be 35 years.

I need my direction to make my will.

Thank you for your help.

You can either draft a will and include a testamentary trust or create a trust now and transfer assets to it having your sister manage it after you die on behalf of your two children.

It would probably be best to consult with an estate planning attorney to consider all possible options and what might best suit your desired result. If I can be of further assistance, please let me know.
