No Will, Mother of fiances children, how do i get his property?

I am the mother of 3 children. We were not married and there is no will. He had jewlery and cash on him when he died. How do I get possetion of his things? My kids are all under 18 and I want them to have his things and not his mother. Please Help.

Your children may have an intestate interest in his property if he has any and no will. I strongly suggest you seek the advice of a lawyer familiar with the probate process in Washington, if the decedent resided in this state.
