Does the State of Washington allow holographic wills? and how many witnesses are required in the state of Washington?

Yes, holographic wills are recognized in WA as long as they meet the formalities required by any will in WA.

WA requires two witnesses; each of whom should provide their name and address in addition to their signature, and neither of whom can be a beneficiary or related to a beneficiary or a worker in a health care facility where the testator is.

Holographic wills sometimes have unintended consequences. Hope this information helps.
