Legal Question in Workers Comp in Washington
exposure to high noise in workplace
i was exposed to excessive noise in the work place which now i have tinnitus. please advise what state and federal laws govern noise in the work place.

you should see an attorney as soon as you can. Depending on your jurisdiction and I will assume Washington State you would be under the State laws unless there is federal jurisidction
