How long should I keep receipts for services received such as medical services?

The Statute of Limitations for written contracts in West Virginia is 10 years. For oral contracts it is 5 years. No suit can be brought to collect after the limitatins have expired. Check with your accountant, but I believe that the time limit for keeping receipts for tax purposes is 7 years, however there is no time limit for tax fraud.
