Use of name after divorce and repeated remarriage

Was divorced in 1984;ex-wife chose to use my name instead of maiden name.a child was involved.

Ex-wife then remarried in 1989 taking new husbands name.achild was involved.Ex-wife then divorced again in 1991.I dont know what name she used after.She then remarried in 1998,again taking new husbands name.Divorced anew in 1999,and is using my name.QUESTION:IS THIS LEGAL

In general, you can call yourself whatever you want as long as you aren't trying to defraud creditors and other folks. That she uses your last name is probably unsettling to you, but is probably legal.
