Legal Question in Family Law in West Virginia

guardianship

My b/f's son is in SC and his mom is overseas with the navy. She gave guardianship to her Aunt and Uncle and they are refusing to let his dad come get him for the summer. We are in WV. There are support papers that say he is to have him for 7 weeks. Can you tell me what is rights are?? Thank you!
