Legal Question in Family Law in West Virginia

Parenting plan modification

Divorced. I (father) have primary residential and caregiver. Currently 60% father, 40% mother. Mother married and moved across the country. Mother petitioned to modify parenting plan to half the summer and every other christmas for father. Will the court modify the plan to suit the mother. Child's entire family is near the father.
