If some one parks a travel trailer on your property where you have No Trespassing signs posted - and you allow it for several years do you have any liability if the trailer is damaged.

Under the circumstances you describe it sounds like the owner of the property has no affirmative duty. The owner of the property may not do harm however to a trespasser or the property of a trespasser. There are statutes which allow the owner of property and the local law enforcement officials to remove the property. A civil action will also provide relief to the land owner.
