Legal Question in Intellectual Property in West Virginia

trespassers

I have a barn with horses thats in a neighborhood in west virginia. some people just moved up the street from us and turned all 6 of their kids lose. i recently had to lock down my barn because the 2 trespassing signs posted on the front of the barn where ignored and the kids went in while i was at work. one says NO TRESPASSING and the other one says NO TRESPASSING, VIOLATERS WILL BE SHOT, SURVIVORS WILL BE SHOT AGAIN. I hate to lock down the barn because it gets hot in there for the horses but I dont want the kids to get bit or kicked and get sued. The parents of these children are a little rough, what can I do?

Thanks, WV

Re: trespassers

Parents are responsible for their kids. Have a lawyer send the parents a letter informing them what their kids have been up to and that you will sue if it happens again.
