Legal Question in Personal Injury in West Virginia

Release of Liability

I own a pool and a trampoline and have a place to play basketball on my property. The neighborhood children have starting coming over to play. Their parents have given permission for them to play but I realize that this does not release me from any personal or financial liability. So this year, I have decided to type a release of Liability of my own. The question I have then is if these parents sign this and it states that they do not hold me or anyone I have left to watch their child as well as my own either personally or financially responsible for any injuries incurred as well as reimburse me for any damage their child may have caused by negligence or intentional will this paper hold up in court. Thank you

Re: Release of Liability

It certainly would be recognized that you put everyone on notice. Should be of significant help were any injury to occur.
