Separation of Property

If you have property, ie. 132 acres with more than one dwelling on the property. Can you seperate the property without serveilance? Example: Get a deed for 2 acres with a house on it seperate from the 130 additional acre?

I assume you mean, "can you separate it into different parcels without a survey?" If so, the answer is no. Yes, it can be separated, but there needs to be a survey to determine the exact size of the different parcels.
