heirship

when judge has ordered heirs found for land owned by relative at what level of kinship is the cut off of claims. siblings,there kids,and there kids and so on.how far down the pecking order?and what is the distrubition equal / or share

With respect to real property situate in West Virginia and where the owner dies without a will, the laws of Descent and Distribution control the ownership of the heirs. You should be able to access the West Virginia Code, Chapter 42, Article 1 Sections 3 and 3a to work out who holds what interests.
