Legal Question in Bankruptcy in Wisconsin
chapter 13 dismissal
We filed chapt 13 last AUg, since then the marker has turned and my husbands job has been really slow, sometimes half his pay, we have informed our lawyer that we missed 2 payments on our plan, how late do you have to be bfore the plan is dismissed?

It depends on how tolerant your assigned trustee is about missed payments. They can move the Court to dismiss your case if you miss only one payment. But they are usually pretty good about accepting some sort of compromise and letting the case continue, at least they are in the Eastern District of WI.
