Legal Question in Business Law in Wisconsin

Dissolving a LLC & starting a new one

My husband passed away leaving me an Internet Service that is an LLC but has alot of CCard debt. He was the Mgr. and the only other member - does not want anything to do with the running of the LLC. He would like to see his investment continue in the LLC and it doesn't matter if we change the name in order to stay open. Can we cancell the CCard debt without dissolving the LLC?

If the debt is in the name of the LLC, it will follow the LLC and even continue to follow its assets if it is dissolved.
