We have several attorneys who could work on obtaining a liquor license. Some have been municipal attorneys and some still are on a part time basis.

Can you tell me which municipality you are dealing with? We can then give you a better idea of what is involved and the fees, both legal and application, that are required.

Getting a seller permit is a nominal cost. We could also assist in setting up an entity, if that is required.

Please advise so we may determine if we can arrive at an appropriate engagement agreement.
