I'm a President/CEO of a Wisconsin C corporation a supplier is in process of putting a judgement

on company and me I did not personally guarantee this debt what should I file to court to get my name removed

First, each defendant must serve and file an Answer to the Complaint. In your individual Answer, separate from the corporate Answer, you would raise as a defense that you were noot a party to the contract. ou would later follow up with a Motion for Summary Judgment on that issue.

The other attorney is right. You need to respond to the Complaint or the other side can get a default judgment against you. This is not a self-help matter. Consult with an attorney in your area for specifics.
