under age dating

if im 17, dateing a 25 year old,

if i get pregnet when im 17 but have the baby after i turn 18, can my 25 year old boyfriend go to jail for rape? cuz i would be a minor at the time of getting pregnet?

I am not a criminal defense attorney, but I believe that in Wisconisn having sexual intercourse with someone who is not yet 18, may still be a crime. I think it would be a Class A Misdemeanor if the person was charged.
