Landlord Rights for Posting Interior Apartment Pictures on Websites

I am a landlord and currently developed a website in order to supply potential renters with layouts and interior pictures to attract business. My question is, what rights do I have to post interior pictures containing tenant's property online? In most cases, I use photoshop to omit any tenant property. The apartment is my property, but the tenants property, obviously, is not. Do I need their permission to post pictures of my apartments?

Just put a permission in you lease agreement, or modify your existing lease agreements.

This is not so much a copyright issue or privacy issue as a liability issue. If you post the pictures and the tenant gets robbed, you may have some liability for negligence is putting property on the internet for prospective burglars to view and plan. If I were your tenant and you did this and I got robbed, I would make you pay or have you in court to explain. If, however, you put in an agreement, then you have permission and the suit becomes a loser for any tenant, barring some oddball state law to the contrary.
