Can an individual be garnisheed if there is a judgement filed for a medical bill?

A creditor takes a judgment against a debtor. The

creditor may then start a second action

(a garnishment action)against

anyone (the garnishee defendant)who holds

anything of value that is the

debtor's and ask that the value be turned over to

the creditor (the garnishment)

and be applied against the debt.
