upon a court granting an order of payment, what are my options to collect?

If you've been awarded a monetary judgment, you can demand periodic financial disclosures from the judgment debtor, as well as garnish wages, bank accounts and attach non-exempt property. A money judgment acts as a lien against the sale of any non-exempt real estate the judgment debtor owns in the county of the court that awarded the judgment, and that lien can be extended to other counties and even other states when a certified copy of the judgment is processed according to various court rules (check with the clerk of court).
