Legal Question in Criminal Law in Wisconsin

I have been charged with embezzlement. I took $3,924 from my employer on one occasion and $1,500 on another occasion.

And your question is what? Obviously, you are facing potential prison time for a major felony, not to mention virtual unemployability in your future if you are convicted of this. I certainly would not recommend that you make any admissions on a public web site, nor anywhere else, for that matter, without a thorough consultation with an experienced criminal lawyer. As they say in the movies, "anything you say can and will be used against you in a court of law." A lawyer may spot defenses which may not be immediately apparent to you such as motions to suppress confessions or other evidence against you if they were illegally obtained or negotiate a favorable sentencing recommendation from the DA if fighting the charge appears to be hopeless.
