However, the police and DA always have the right to arrest you without any court order, although they would need to bring you to a judge to set bond conditions within a reasonable period of time on a date when the courts are open for business. If they believe that you are uncooperative for any reason or cannot be trusted to appear on your own and stay out of further trouble, they are more likely to exercise the option to arrest you without any court order.
