Legal Question in Criminal Law in Wisconsin

I was given a citation for an underage alcohol offense and there was no B.A.C. on the citation, nor was there any deposit for the fine? If I plead not guilty, there is no case and no proof? Does this sound correct?

No, that does not sound correct. Take a closer look at the citation. If there's no forfeiture amount expressly stated on it that you can send in a check for with a written guilty plea, then there is probably a mandatory court appearance that you must go to where the judge will then ascertain your plea in person.
