I got a dui about three years ago. Im looking for work and wondering if, on an employment application, "have you ever been convicted of a crime" needs to be answered yes?

A first offense OWI in WIsconsin which has no enhancements is not a criminal offense. It is civil in nature. If that is the offense that was charged and the one plead to, you can answer no.
