can the state of florida use my criminal record from wisconsin to determine the offense number on my dui's? wisconsin i have 2, florida i just got 1. i live in florida now so is it my 1st offense or 3rd?

The State of Florida can use your Wisconsin DUIs. So this will be treated as your 3rd DUI in Florida. I HIGHLY suggest you retain an attorney and fight this at all cost.

Yes, but they should be looked at by a Florida lawyer. You are probably looking at your third, which is punishable by up to one year in jail.
