Do I have to show up to my court hearing for a DUI if I have a lawyer?

You should ask your lawyer this question. If it is second or subsequent, the answer is yes, depending upon which county you are in, since it would be a criminal case, with a mandatory appearance. For first offenses, your lawyer could often appear without you and satisfy the mandatory appearance, again, depending upon where you are.
