Legal Question in Family Law in Wisconsin

17, pregnant, and wanting to move out.

Can I move out of my mom and dads house when I am 17, I am about 2 and a 1/2 months pregnant and I don't want to raise my child out in the middle of nowhere and without the father. Would I be able to move out of their house when I am 17,legally, without being chased by cops, or called in as a runaway?

No. Though you're pregnant, that does not legally make you an adult and your parents are still legally responsible for you until you turn 18 years of age. Wait until you're 18 - then you will be an emancipated adult free to make such decisions for yourself and your baby. Good luck for the furure, young lady.
