Legal Question in Family Law in Wisconsin

Is there a way that I can take acton upon my parents?

I am just curious if there is a way that I would be able to take some sort of legal action on my parents. I am almost 23 years of age, am engaged, and own my home. The most trouble that I have with my parents, is that they open and go through my mail, think they can take away my checkbook as well as credit cards, and think that they have every right to come charging into my place without knocking. I do not believe that they should be able to do this legally. They always take my bills-as well as other mail-and they don't let me see it. I do believe this is a federal offense...am I correct? Please give me some sort of help or advice on what I could do to stop this. I thank you for your time.

New locks. P.O. Box. An aggressive lawyer letter informing them of your rights to privacy. And then follow your lawyer's advice such as perhaps prosecuting for any violation.
