Legal Question in Family Law in Wisconsin

My boyfriends ex wife wants to move out of state and about 110 miles away, she was threatening to move 280 miles away last fall but decided not too. At the time she was previously going to move my boyfriend filed paperwork with the court to get a review hearing on there divorce agreement because he was not in support of this but later cancelled the hearing when she decided not to move. Can he go to court and get a provision in the divorce agreement saying she cannot move out of the school district. His daughter is 6, he is a very involved father and this would change his visitation schedule.

We are living in the state of Wisconsin.

No, but he can try to get modification of custody on the grounds that she wants to move the children over 50 miles from their home. More likely, he should wait and file for modification when and if she moves. If he needs help in drafting a letter to her, please send me an email.
