Child Custody

My husband has joint custody for 2 children he has from a previous relationship and joint placement for one. The mother of the children has not allowed him to see his kids for over 2 years now. We would like to proceed at taking this matter to court. What papers should we file with the court? Can we get her for contempt?

You need to file a motion to modify placement. Contempt depends on what the original court order visitation requirements.
