child support and emancipation

I've requested a hearing and have signed document that the courts have recieved my request but they deny getting them. I want an audit of payments to end this hell as my child is 18 and graduated school. they have not given a hearing and will not audit my payments as I have paid more the states 17%. Over the last 14 years there are no rights for the non custodial parent. Please advise

If this matter involves Wisconsin child support payments collected by a Wisconsin court or state child support enforcement agency, you should arrange a consultation with a Wisconsin attorney in your area who is familiar with child support enforcement and payment issues in that state, and who should be able to advise you as to how best to resolve your particular problem apparently in regard to accounting for your payments over a span of nearly 20 years.
