Legal Question in Family Law in Wisconsin

My friend has a 2 month old baby. She wants to leave the baby's father due to his infidelity and she wants to take her baby out of state. They are still married. Can she take her baby out of state without any legal repercussions? She lives in Tennessee.

Your friend can file a motion with the court to reconsider custody based on a substantial change in circumstances. That way, he might be granted full access to his child.

Thank you, and sorry you're going through this. Also, I'm located out of Wisconsin, in case you are in need of legal help.
