Legal Question in Family Law in Wisconsin

Paternity testing question

In Wisconsin:

What are the rights for a mother during pregnancy regarding paternity testing.

The situation is that the mother is not 100% sure the husband is the father. She would like to have a test before the birth. Are there any laws stopping her doing this before the birth? Can she have confidentiality with her Dr. so that the husband doesn't find out about the test?

Check out websites like:

I think you will find that you need DNA samples from all of the putative fathers in order to do this test, so I do not see how you can do it secretly.
