Legal Question in Family Law in Wisconsin

I am currently in "process of divorce. My husband was declared incompetent 3 months ago and put in a nursing home with diagnosis of at terminal illness, and will more than likely pass away before the end of the year. Due to some other issues, I am really not certain I want this to continue. Since I am the one that inititated the divorce, I know I can stop it, but does anyone else than have "the power" to file on his behalf?

A family or another person may file a Conservatorship action and file on hiss behalf or they may be granted power to pursue a divorce if your spouse signed a Power of Attorney in that regard before he became incompetent.
