Legal Question in Family Law in Wisconsin

my son's father was charged with disorderly conduct with a charge modifier of domestic abuse and i was wondering what i could do to stop visitation or get supervised visits or if these charges wont matter

Domestic abuse can change CUSTODY orders by statute.

Unless the child is at risk it will not likely change placement orders.
