Legal Question in Family Law in Wisconsin

My sons mother wants to change his last name from mine to her newly married last name. she has primary physical placement and we share custody 5050 although she has power of impasse. I have told her I am against his name change, but she filed a petition with the courts just a few days back. do I have any defense in the situation?
