Legal Question in Health Care Law in Wisconsin

Records

After getting copies of my medical records, I found something that I disagree with in them. Do I have the legal right to have my written disagreement made a part of my records? If so, do they have to give my written disagreement with my other records when they are requested?

You have a right to submit what you believe to be the correction to your records. That should then become part of your records which would be disclosed to other persons upon receipt of an authorization or consent by you to disclose
