Legal Question in Immigration Law in Wisconsin

This is regarding new H1b visa filing

My wife is on H1b working as a software programmer and I am on H4 visa

As I have done my bachelors and masters in hotel management and having 9 yrs of experience

in hotel industry in India, I got a job offer as a General Manager for AMERICA'S BEST INN motels in Wisconsin.

My employer has 4 hotels and he is ready to provide me all the required documents for new H1b.

He never filed for H1b for foreign employees,so i need some lawyer to file for my H1b.

So, can you please give me the details of

what all documents are needed from my employer and from me?

and what is the fees structure? and time duration

what is the annual income my employer should have.

and also please let me know about the chances of getting h1b approved.

Hi,

The position offered to you appears to be a specialty occupation for which you have the requisite qualifications, and the employer appears capable of paying the offered salary. The odds of approval are good, and there is no minimum revenue figures for the employer to attain in order to file H1B petition.

As the visa cap has been reached on Jan. 26, the earliest that the H1B petition can be filed is April 01, 2011 with employment start date of Oct. 01, 2011. It typically takes about 4 months after filing for approval, but again the start date cannot be earlier than Oct. 01 due to visa cap issues.
