Legal Question in Insurance Law in Wisconsin
Slip&Fall
I forgot to put salt on my steps,The Delivery man slipped.I asked him if he was ok?He said he felt a tingle down his left side.About 2 years later we got a letter from his attorney,for medical bills,pain and suffering,plus Lawyers fee!DO we have to pay?Our insurance offered them 5,000,00 for the medical only,he has been seeing, physicaltherpist,for 2years,plus 19,000.00 in just medical bills.They said their taking us to court.The man is disabled to a certian extent!! What should I Do???
