HELLO:

I'm married to and American citizen,I'm legal in United States, we have a 3 year old daughter and I want to go to my country Ecuador to spend time with my family for a few months. So my husband told me so many times that i I can't take our child without his authorization . Can you please tell me what I can do...?

Yes, a parent needs another parent's permission when taking a child abroad. That's the general rule. It also applies when you order a passport for your US citizen child.
