Legal Question in Employment Law in Wisconsin

Wrongful discharge

I have a right to sue determination from the EEOC and the 90 day factor is up on June 2nd 2002. I have been unable to find an attorney for my case and wonder if/how I can submit a charge on my own to make the deadline and continue my search for an attorney in the meantime.

Re: Wrongful discharge

While you can certainly file your action "pro se" which means that you are representing yourself, what has been the difficulty of finding an attorney to handle your case? Especially in light of the EEOC finding. You would need to file a summons and complaint pursuant to the rules and begin the action; otherwise, you will be time barred from filing suit.
