Legal Question in Legal Malpractice in Wisconsin

Bought a new vehicle 3 weeks ago and signed the contract. Dealership called me today and said they didn't add the $6600 they paid to clear my previous loan, which they have cleared the title. Called today and admitted their mistake and I had to come in and sign a new contract. I'm stupid and I did, rushed me into a room and I signed. I could have not even shown up or answer my phone. Thing is, they back dated the contract to the day I bought it. I was just trying to be a good, honest man and they do this. Can I do anything at this point? End of the month too.

In WI, voluntary payment of a disputed debt waives most legal objections to it. While being forced to sign newly corrected loan documents with a gun to your head might give you a defense of lack of voluntary execution of the documents, responding voluntarily to a phone call asking you to sign is probably still voluntary, even if you were gently "pressured" just a bit. Regardless of whether or not you signed it, however, most bank loan documents these days contain a clause on correction of any errors which later turn up. Those allow the bank to correct the errors in most cases, even without your signature.
