Legal Question in Medical Malpractice in Wisconsin

I was misdiagnosed in Dallas Texas but now live in Wisconsin. Can I sue them although I am in Wisconsin?

You will normally have to commence an action where the negligent act took place. I would suggest speaking with an attorney in TX so that you know the applicable time limits for the statute of limitations and what else will be needed pursuant to Texas law.
