Legal Question in Personal Injury in Wisconsin

I was in a car accident last June. I have already settled with the vehicle replacement, but just finally was released from my dr's care for migraines. The accident was not my fault. the other person's insurance company stated I have to come up with a settlement amount- I have no idea what seems fair. I know I have to include what my insurance (both vehicle & medical insurance paid as well as any time off work, and RX reimbursements, but what is fair for a "pain and suffering" amount?

You should hire a personal injury lawyer to look at all of the facts in order to determine what amount of money will fairly compensate you. Otherwise, you will probably be outside the realm of reason, and your settlement efforts will either fail or will be for too little money to fairly compensate you.
