Legal Question in Personal Injury in Wisconsin

My case went to mediation and were offered 30k to settle but the workmen's comp and other leinholders wouldn't come to a compromise. Can a leinholder involved in a personal injury case force you to go to trial, if you (the injured) don't want to pursue the case?
