Defective Sinemet

Is there anything that can be done to a drug company that produced, as the Dr. called it, ''a bad batch of pills''. The result of the bad Sinemet were not permanent but caused the Parkinson's patient to become totally disabled for a time.

Drug companies, as well as any other companies

producing products, are responsible to see that

their products do not hurt people. If evidence

can be found which prooves your contention that

there was a bad batch of pills produced, the

manufacturer is responsible.
