Hyundai not backing warranty

My 2006 Hyundai Sonata has 58,500 miles on it, and for the past.... 10,000+ miles I've fought Hyundai Motors in trying to have my vehicle, warrantied until 60,000 miles, fixed for a variety of problems which may or may not fall under the lemon law, but are, according to my manual, covered under my warranty. Is there a way to get them to fix these problems?
