Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Wisconsin

My neighbors vacant land/hill is receeding under my foundations and my lot line is only about a 4ft away from my foundation which is to close for me to do anything to stop it from getting worse. It is about a 15ft slope almost verticle Can I do anything about it and or who's responsibility is it to maintain?
