Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Wisconsin

Real estate

I just puchased a house with my wife. She has decided to end the marriage. We are putting the house back on the market. The property is in both of our names, under my VA loan. I need to make some profit on the house. Is there any way she can force me to sell the property for a price I don't agree on?

Re: Real estate

She, by herself, probably couldn't sell the property, but the divorce judge may be compelled by her argument that the property should be sold and the proceeds divided, and if the judge orders it, you will have to sell.
